  • Do the rooms have a balcony?
    Yes. Each of our rooms has its own balcony. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the Weerberg mountains directly from your room.

  • Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our hotel. We ask for your understanding.

  • Is there free Wi-Fi?
    Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. You will receive the login details at check-in.

  • Is the hotel suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
    Our hotel has a lift. However, the rooms are not equipped for disabled access. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in advance – we’ll be happy to help.

    Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate.

  • What time is breakfast served?
    Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 am to 9.30 am. If you require breakfast earlier, please let us know.

    Please let us know your dietary requirements a few days before arrival – we’ll be happy to cater for them.

  • Are there any restaurants nearby?
    We’d be happy to recommend our favourite restaurants in the area. Please do ask us.

  • Where is the nearest supermarket?
    The nearest supermarket is approximately 100 metres from the hotel.

  • Are there cooking facilities in the room or in the hotel?
    No, there are no facilities for cooking in the hotel itself.

🏨 Arrival & Check-in
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is available from 3.00 pm, and check-out is by 10.00 am at the latest. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can have everything ready for you.

  • Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
    Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability. Please contact us in advance — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • What is the exact address and what is the best way to get there?
    The hotel’s address is: Mitterberg 11, 6133 Weerberg. By car: Take the A12 Inntal motorway, exit at Vomp. You can find detailed directions on our website.

  • Where can I park my car? Are there parking charges?
    Our guests can use the hotel’s own car park. Parking is free for hotel guests.

  • Where can I charge my electric car?
    A charging station is located directly at the hotel (Type 2 plug, 11 kW).

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and debit cards. A credit card is required as a guarantee when booking.

  • What are the cancellation terms?
    Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and are listed in your quote or booking confirmation. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  • How far is the hotel from the nearest ski slope?
    The Hüttegglift is approximately a 12-minute drive away. Alternatively, a free ski bus is available.

  • How far is the hotel from the nearest ski resort?
    The Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach ski resort is approximately 40 minutes’ drive away. The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal ski resort is a similar distance away.

  • Is there a ski storage room?
    Yes, we have a heated ski storage room right in the hotel. Your equipment will be kept safe and dry there overnight.

  • Where can I hire ski equipment?
    The Silversport ski school on the Weerberg also offers ski and snowboard hire.

  • Is a ski bus service available?
    Yes, the public ski bus stops right next to the hotel and is free for guests with ski equipment. The current departure times are displayed at reception.

  • Which walks start directly from the hotel?
    Weerberg is the starting point for many walking routes of varying difficulty – from leisurely strolls to challenging mountain hikes. We’d be happy to advise you personally.

  • Can I store my bike safely?
    Yes, your bike will be safely stored in our bike room and can also be charged if required.

  • Are there guided excursions or activity programmes?
    Yes, the Silberregion Karwendel Tourist Board offers a wide range of activities. Please visit the Tourist Board’s website for further information.
